Also today, our friends at Via Vision’s Imprint Films label have just announced the first of four catalog 4K Ultra HD titles they’re releasing in November, and the batch starts with Sam Peckinpah’s Convoy (1978) on 11/27! The remaining three titles will be announced each day this week, so be sure to stay tuned for more details.
Finally today, we have a flurry of new Amazon 4K Ultra HD pre-orders from Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment (and MGM via Warner Bros.). The street date have yet to be revealed, but now up for pre-order on the retailer are Mel Brooks’ Blazing Saddles (1974), Alfred Hitchcock’s North by Northwest (1959), and James Cameron’s The Terminator (1984) each in 4K Ultra HD and 4K Steelbook packaging. We don’t have the regular Amaray packaging yet for The Terminator, but here’s what all the rest look like. Click on each image to pre-order the SKU in question on Amazon, and don’t forget that doing so helps to support our work here at The Bits (which we appreciate!)...
We’ll post more official details on each of these titles (and we’ll update The Terminator art) as they come in.
That’s all for now. Stay tuned!
