First up, we’ve got a trio of new Blu-ray reviews for you all to enjoy this afternoon. Jim has offered his thoughts on Twilight Time’s The Hawaiians (the 1970 sequel to Hawaii, which he’s also reviewed recently here at The Bits) and Delmer Daves’ 1958 Kings Go Forth. Both are worthy of your time and attention. Also, Tim finally got his hands on Disney’s new Star Wars: The Force Awakens Blu-ray and had a thing or two to say about it as well. First up, Universal has just set the Coen Brothers’ Hail, Caesar! for Blu-ray and DVD release on 6/7 (SRP $34.98 and $29.98). Both versions will include 4 behind-the-scenes featurettes (Directing Hollywood, The Stars Align, An Era of Glamour, and Magic of a Bygone Era).
