Finally today, we have a couple of great items for you music fans...
First, we’ve confirmed that Rhino Records is going to be releasing Vinyl LP and 3 CD + Blu-ray Audio Super Deluxe Editions of the complete Talking Heads studio album catalog, at a rate of at least one per year (and possibly) more. As some of you know, the Talking Heads: 77 Super Deluxe Edition just streeted on 9/17 with a new Dolby Atmos mix and it’s fantastic. (And if you’re an Amazon Prime member and you act fast by clicking here, you can currently get an additional 30% off the already 30% discounted Amazon price of $71.39—making it just $48.)
And Atlantic has just announced that they’re releasing a 4 CD + Blu-ray Audio Deluxe Edition of Genesis’ legendary prog-rock classic The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway (1974) on 3/28, featuring a new Dolby Atmos mix and lots of extras. You’ll find both of those below.
All right, here’s a look at the cover artwork for a whole bunch of the titles mentioned above, all of them complete with Amazon pre-order links (and as The Bits is an Amazon Affiliate, anytime you order literally anything from them after clicking through one of our links, you’re helping to support our work here at the site and we appreciate it!)...
That’s all for this week. See you back here on Monday.
Stay tuned!
