In announcement news today, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has set Tom Gormican’s Anaconda (2025) remake for Blu-ray, DVD, and 4K Ultra HD Steelbook release on 3/17.

Lionsgate has officially set Ruben Fleischer’s Now You See Me, Now You Don’t (2025) for release on Blu-ray, DVD, 4K UHD, and 4K Ultra HD Steelbook on 2/17. Extras include audio commentary with the director and producer Bobby Cohen, deleted and extended scenes, 6 featurettes (Lord of Illusions, Now You See Me... Again, Heart of Stone, Quick Change, Nothing Up My Sleeve, and The Magic Castle), and the film’s trailer.

Arrow Video has just teased its Friday announcement (7 AM Pacific on their social media) of their April Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD release slate, and the tease strongly suggests the 4K release of Joe Dante’s Innerspace (1987), one of many catalog titles that Arrow has licensed from Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment.

Synapse Films is releasing Nick Castle’s Tag: The Assassination Game (1982) on Blu-ray on 2/24.

Kino Lorber Studio Classics has set Simon Wincer’s The Phantom (1996) for 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray release on 4/14. The company has also set Christian-Jaque’s The Second Twin (1966) for Blu-ray only release on 4/6.

KLSC has also finally set Guy Hamilton’s Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins (1985) for 4K Ultra HD release on 4/14. (Thanks to Bits reader Joel B for the heads up!)

And just a heads up: KLSC’s planned 4K Ultra HD release of Jeannot Szwarc’s Somewhere in Time (1980) has been delayed from 2/10 to 2/24. Adjust your plans accordingly.

Imprint Films has revealed that they’re bringing The Blair Witch Project Collection and Giuseppe Tornatore’s Malèna (2000) back into print on Blu-ray as standard editions on 3/4.

And here’s something exciting that’s also proof of something I’ve been saying here and on The Bits’ Patreon in recent weeks, specifically that the distribution deal between Alliance Entertainment and Paramount Home Entertainment has evolved to include the production of new 4K catalog titles: Paramount is finally releasing (via Alliance), Jean-Jacques Annaud’s Enemy at the Gates (2001), Phillip Noyce’s The Saint (1997), and Robert Altman’s Popeye (1980) in 4K Ultra HD. The street date for each is TBA.

BTW, Alliance Home Entertainment has also set Josh Boone’s Regretting You (2025) for release on Blu-ray and DVD on 2/1 for Paramount.

Also today, Paul Feig’s The Housemaid (2025) is coming to 4K Ultra HD widely as a standard edition and as an Amazon-exclusive 4K + Blu-ray Exclusive Edition. The street date is also TBA.

And for streaming fans, Apple TV has just announced the renewal of Shrinking for Season Four, with the first episode of Season Three having just dropped on the Digital service today.
