Cult Epics will release Gerald Kargl’s Angst on Blu-ray on 8/18.
Millennium will release The Runner, staring Peter Fonda and Nicolas Cage, on Blu-ray and DVD on 8/25.
Warner Home Video now has set The Big Bang Theory: Season 8 for Blu-ray and DVD release on 9/15.
Disney has set Disneynature: Monkey Kingdom for Blu-ray Combo and DVD on 9/15.
HBO will release Nightingale on Blu-ray on 9/15.
Shriek Show has set Flesh for the Beast: Tsukiko’s Curse for Blu-ray release on 9/22.
Viz Media has Last: Naruto the Movie due on Blu-ray on 10/6.
Alchemy will release Blunt Force Trauma on Blu-ray on 10/6 as well, starring Mickey Rourke, followed by Operator on 10/20.
New Line (via Warner) is releasing Jackie Chan’s First Strike and Rumble in the Bronx on Blu-ray on 10/6 too.
Cinedigm has Cédric Jimenez’s The Connection set for Blu-ray and DVD on 9/29.
Finally, here’s something awesome: Kino Lorber has set John Frankenheimer’s The Challenge, staring Scott Glenn and Toshiro Mifune as “coming soon” on Blu-ray. What’s more, Kino Lorber has revealed a series of animated cartoon collection Blu-rays as “coming soon”, including KL Cartoons Volume 1: The Ant and the Aardvark (17 cartoons), KL Cartoons Volume 2: The Inspector (34 cartoons on 2 discs), and KL Cartoons Volume 3: Crazy Legs Crane (16 cartoons). They’ll follow in 2016 with Blue Racer (17 cartoons), Dogfather (17 cartoons), Misterjaw (34 cartoons on 2 discs), Roland and Ratfink (17 cartoons), Sheriff Hoot Kloot (17 cartoons), and Tijuana Toads (17 cartoons).
