In announcement news today, Warner Home Video has set 300: Rise of an Empire for Blu-ray 3D Combo release (and probably Blu-ray Combo and DVD release too but they haven’t sent out their press release yet) on 6/24.
Shout! Factory has set Mystery Science Theater 3000: Volume 30 for DVD release on 7/29. The set will include The Black Scorpion, Outlaw (of Gor) a.k.a. Gor II, The Projected Man, and It Lives By Night, along with numerous bonus featurettes, trailers and 4 exclusive mini-posters.
Koch Entertainment has announced the Blu-ray and DVD release of Hell on Wheels: The Complete Third Season on 7/15.
Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has set the comedy Gambit for Blu-ray, DVD and digital release on 5/27, starring Colin Firth, Cameron Diaz, Alan Rickman, Stanley Tucci and Cloris Leachman.
Sony has also set Ron Moore’s Syfy series Helix: Season One for Blu-ray and DVD release on 7/1.
Speaking of science fiction, Image has a BD double-feature of The Colony and Stranded coming on 7/1.
Image Entertainment will release Way of the Wicked for Blu-ray and DVD release on 5/20. Image has also set All Cheerleaders Die for Blu-ray and DVD release on 7/22.
A company called Naedomi is releasing Death for Hire on Blu-ray on 7/15.
Discovery and Gaiam have set Klondike: Season One for Blu-ray release on 6/10.
And PBS has set NOVA: Why Sharks Attack for DVD release on 6/17, followed by NOVA: Escape from Nazi Alcatraz for DVD release on 6/24.
