Fox has also announced Once for Blu-ray release as an Amazon-exclusive title on 4/1, as we’ve reported before. In addition, though, Fox has set Notes on a Scandal for Amazon-exclusive BD release on 4/29 as well, followed by the wide BD release of The Deep End on 5/6 and both The Ringer and Kissing Jessica Stein on 6/3.
On top of that, Fox has just officially announced the Blu-ray release of a Norma Rae: 35th Anniversary Edition on 4/1, followed by Still Mine on 5/6.
Meanwhile, Warner Home Video has announced the 31-disc Harry Potter: The Hogwarts Collection box set for release on 4/29 (SRP $249.99 - this was first released on 2/25 but has until now been an Amazon-exclusive title). It includes all 8 films (including both the theatrical and extended cuts of films 1 and 2) on both Blu-ray and DVD. In terms of special features, there’s no new content but you do get all 45+ hours of previously released bonus material, including the complete Creating the World of Harry Potter documentary.
Universal has also set their recent remake of Endless Love for Blu-ray Combo and digital release on 5/27, including a making of featurette, an extended ending, and deleted and extended scenes.
Well Go USA Entertainment has set McCanick for Blu-ray and DVD release on 5/20. The film stars David Morse and was apparently Cory Monteith’s last film.
Finally, in TV news, Mama’s Family: The Complete Fourth Season arrives on DVD on 6/24 from StarVista Entertainment and Time Life (SRP $29.95).
