Fest, Fiction & Fury, plus Justified: S5, Equalizer, Love & Basketball… and Robot Jox for good measure

We have just a couple quick title announcements for you today...

First of all, Millennium has confirmed James Cameron’s Deepsea Challenge 3D for release on Blu-ray 3D combo pack and Special Collector’s Edition DVD on 11/11. The DVD package includes a 38-page book apparently.

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has officially set Justified: The Complete Fifth Season for Blu-ray and DVD release on 12/2. Extras on both versions will include deleted scenes, audio commentary on A Murder of Crowes and Restitution, and the Season of the Crowe: Making Season Five featurette. The Blu-ray will exclusively add 8 more featurettes (including The Coolest Guy in the RoomThe Onion Eulogizes Elmore LeonardThe Big House: Prison Set TourWriter’s Diary: A Week of StarvationGetting the ShotRaylan Givens: Two Roads DivergeKing Lear, and The Wall of Death: Season Five Body Count).

In terms of “less official” release news, Amazon says that Sony has already slated the new Brad Pitt film Fury for Blu-ray and DVD release on 1/20. Sony has also apparently set The Equalizer for Blu-ray and DVD release on 12/30, starring Denzel Washington. Get your orders in via the text links provided.

Meanwhile, Warner has set New Line’s Love & Basketball for Blu-ray release on 2/3.

And here’s something cool: Our friends over at Scream Factory have just announced that they’re going to be releasing Stuart Gordon’s 1989 sci-fi flick Robot Jox on Blu-ray next summer. More details will follow in the weeks and months ahead. Very cool.
