This is going to be a quick one this week, thanks primarily to the studios for their usual end-of-month slowdown. Doogan’s Queue for September 30, 2014
Sniff... it’s the last street date in September. So long old friend. But never fear, little ones, it’s also the first week of October and thus the beginning of my favorite time of the year. Halloween is just the bee’s knees, ain’t it? I have a whole slew of fond memories going back -cough- years and so many favorite things that only come out at this time of year. Mostly food, but other stuff too. You’ll probably see me get nostalgic as the month wears on. But I’ll try and keep a cap on it.

Lionsgate has announced the 10/28 release of Life of Crime and The Prince on Blu-ray, DVD and digital.

We’ve got some nifty bits of announcement news for you today, so let’s get to it…
First up, Paramount will release Hercules on Blu-ray Combo and Blu-ray 3D Combo on 11/4. Each will include both the theatrical and extended cuts of the film, along with audio commentary by director Brett Ratner and producer Beau Flynn, 15 deleted/extended scenes, and 5 featurettes (including Brett Ratner and Dwayne Johnson: An Introduction, Hercules and his Mercenaries, Weapons!, The Bessi Battle, and The Effects of Hercules).
