We’re closing out the week here at The Bits with a little bit of news and a bunch of “classic” Blu-ray reviews.

I’ve gone back and updated five Blu-ray reviews I did for the old Bits website and added them into the review database here at the new site. Longtime readers will probably have read them when we first posted them years ago, but they’ll be brand new for some of you that have only discovered The Bits recently. Included are my thoughts onTimur Bekmambetov’s Night Watch and Day Watch, Mel Gibson’s Braveheart: Sapphire Series, Steven Spielberg’s Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (the original 2-disc special edition), and finally the sports classic Rudy, starring Sean Astin. All are great films and are well worth your time, so if you haven’t seen them yet, do check them out. Enjoy the reviews!  [Read on here…]
