All right, we’ve got a new 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray review for you: I was up late last night working on my thoughts on Paramount’s Star Trek Into Darkness which, I have to say, is right up there with Fox’s Deadpool and The Revenant in terms of establishing a bar for reference quality on this format. It’s well worth your time if you’ve upgraded to the format.  [Read on here…]

A quick update on The Martian: Extended Edition… I fully intend to review the 4K release as soon as it arrives, but review product still hasn’t even shipped from Fox yet so I’m not sure if it’s going to get here this week or not. Rest assured, I’ll get on it when it arrives. I know a lot of you have been asking about it.

Here at the site today, our own Russell Hammond has updated the Release Dates & Artwork section with all the latest Blu-ray, DVD, and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray cover artwork and Amazon.com pre-order links. As always, whenever you order anything from Amazon after clicking to them through our links, you’re helping to support our work here at The Bits and we really do appreciate it!
