All right, folks... it looks like we have more Internet-leaked Star Wars: The Force Awakens Blu-ray news for you this morning and the pace of the leaks is such that, again, we would expect the official announcement anytime now.

First, an image has leaked from a retail display in the UK suggesting that the official street date there for the DVD and Blu-ray is 4/18, which is a Monday.  [Read on here…]

Here’s the image in question...

That’s either two weeks after the 4/5 US street date, which was leaked a few weeks ago by Amazon... OR the US date has changed to 4/19, which is a Tuesday. This comes via Jedi News in the UK.

Also, we’ve confirmed with sources via a leaked retail ad circular that Best Buy will have an exclusive Steelbook version of the title, as seen here...

And Target will apparently have an exclusive bonus disc with 20 minutes of bonus content and special packaging according to a scan of its retail ad circular (via FreeStuffFinder.com)...

There’s no word yet of a Blu-ray 3D version, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be one.

We’ll post more as soon as it comes in, and of course we’ll have the details of Disney’s official announcement when it happens. We’ll also be back later this afternoon with our regular news update, so be sure to stay tuned...
